Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference may write to the Registration
Desk (wasteeng08@meetingplanner.gr) specifying the necessary
details. Please note that this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to
attend the Conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply
any financial support from the Conference.
Payment for registration fees must have been finalized, before requesting an invitation letter. Please
make sure that in your request to the Registration Desk for an invitation letter you include:
- Name, postal address, and a valid email address;
- Paper number, if you are presenting a paper;
- The words "invitation letter request" in the subject field of your email request.
The visa letters will be emailed in a printable coloured pdf format and will state only the facts:
- Conference title, dates, and location;
- That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full;
- If the requester is a committee member, speaker, or presenter.
Attendees who need visas are advised to apply for it to the respective consulate/embassy no later than
